 AYURVEDA is a Sanskrit word that means ‘’the science of life and longevity’’. It is a 5000 year-old practice based on Indian wisdom of health and healing. Ayurveda encompasses diet, nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, rest, relaxation, meditation, breathing exercises, and medicinal herbs, cleansing and rejuvenation programs to heal the body, mind and spirit are also an integral part of the practice.

 

The primary purpose is to help our clients to understand that Ayurveda is not a passive form of therapy but rather asks each individual to take responsibility for his or her own daily living. Through our diet, relationships, job, numerous responsibilities and life as a whole, we can take simple actions for prevention of disease, self-healing and growth toward fulfilment and finding our life purpose.
